1. In my opinion, Zara’s model will not be ready to work for those of the other retailers. The main reason behind this is that the model which is being adopted by Zara will not turn out to be fruitful at all for those of the retailers as there exists a large difference between the expertise of Zara and those of the other retailers. In order for the model of Zara to work for those of the other retailers, the retailers at the very first are needed to have a well understanding of the basic elements of design of Zara and then proper implementation of it in their products.
